My order was Marked as delivered but I do not have it.Updated 20 days ago

If your order has been marked as delivered by your local postal service and you believe it is lost or stolen, we cannot offer you a refund without first filing a police report with your local authorities. 

Please pursue all possible investigation and claim procedures with the shipping carrier. Once this is done please create a ticket and provide evidence of these actions and we will issue a refund or reship your order if possible.

Please understand, due to the limited, hand-made nature of some of our products, it might not be possible to replace what is lost. Once a product is sold out, we offer replacements wherever we can find any unsold products.
